• You attended a class previously and never completed the certification exam.*

• You attended class within the last 30 days, took the exam, though had not included Exam /Certification with your registration

• You’re attending an upcoming class and forgot to add the exam to your cart when scheduling the course. If this is the case, your exam will take place upon completion of the course as scheduled.
