SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability must be embraced by all actors in the value chain if the specialty coffee industry is to survive. The Coffee Sustainability Program is designed to explore what “sustainability” means and the challenges of acting sustainably across the coffee value chain through three stages of learning (Foundation, Intermediate, and Professional). Through the program, students can expect to build skills that include: the ability to articulate broad sustainability challenges across the value chain, lead others in discussion and practice of these issues and ultimately identify, develop, and carry out and assess a sustainability effort that fits within their own organization.

FOUNDATION LEVEL: 5 POINTS / INTERMEDIATE LEVEL: 10 POINTS / PROFESSIONAL LEVEL: 25
Pre-Requisites:
Foundations Module is a pre-requisite for Intermediate Module

COURSE ONLY PRICING OPTION
Course Only pricing is a great option for beginners interested or professionals looking to learn and/or hone skills, but not interested in achieving SCA certification or the Coffee Skills Program diploma. If you're into for à la carte learning, this is the pricing option for you.
WITH CERTIFICATION PRICING OPTION
With Certification is the correct pricing option (add on to the course) for those who want to complete the SCA written exams, add the SCA Certification to their professional resume / curriculum vitae, or those working toward the CSP Diploma or Professional level certification within any of the five modules.
